  • We will thoroughly review your installed program to verify coverage accuracy prior to policy delivery. Direction in risk management, CME, and premium-reduction resources and opportunities will be provided. If preferred, we will facilitate the issuance of certificates and credentialing letters to third parties requiring confirmation of coverage. As an additional convenience, we will provide administrative access to invoices, endorsements, certificates, and other policy documents to appointed parties within the the practice via a secure and personalized intranet. A password specific to your practice will be established, and these documents will available for instant download at any time from any web-connected location.

  • We offer in-house advisement or prompt coordination with company resources in the evaluation of any risk for which you may have concern, or may be emergent in your evolving practice environment. We are happy to facilitate phone consultations, meetings, or site-surveys with your program's dedicated risk advisers. Management tools, action advisories, and educational resources will be regularly offered as additions to your expanding repertory of risk preparedness.

  • We encourage you to make us your first point of contact regarding all incidents or claims, day or night. If reporting an adverse incident or patient encounter, we will provide immediate non-legal counsel , or put you in touch with a risk management adviser for further consultation. If reporting a claim, we will facilitate the appointment of superior counsel with proven experience in the venue & concerns specific to your case. We will provide insight into the anticipated course of the claim and closely monitor the process, addressing or mediating any issues that may arise. Annually, we will review the status of all open and recently closed claims, and discuss what impact they may have on your insurance program.

  • Approximately 90 - 120 days prior to your program’s renewal, we will contact you for an annual review and evaluation. We will gather updated information as needed or requested by the incumbent market. We will discuss any recent changes that may have occurred in your practice, and collectively discuss our strategy in achieving the most optimum renewal results.

  • As the the evolutionary pace of healthcare delivery accelerates, so does its risks. We can provide guidance in procuring supplemental coverage for emergent risks such as cyber liability, billing errors and omissions, administrative defense, and employment practices liability. We also offer coverage solutions in workers compensation and office package policies specifically tailored to the medical practice environment.
